How does shipping work?

When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You also receive a follow up email that says your delivery from Swished is on its way. 

If your order does not arrive within 12 business days, please contact us so that we can follow it up with the carrier. 

We guarantee your parcel's delivery by requiring a signature on arrival. The carrier may contact you offering safe drop - if you accept this we do not take responsibility for the package. 

Pre-orders

Should your item have a pre-order date (advised on the product page), this is the approximate date of dispatch and delivery of pre-order items will occur within the timeframes listed above.
