Do you have a returns policy?

✔︎ Yes we have a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee! We are extremely confident that you will love Swished products. However, if you receive our Swished products and match the below eligibility criteria, we offer a 30-day returns policy. 

 Due to shipping costs, we do not offer a Refund and Returns policy to International Orders. Only order within the United Kingdom are covered.

Eligibility criteria

Is your product eligible for a return?

You can return your product, provided it meets the following eligibility requirements:

 

 1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery date/receiving of order.
2. Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original and unused condition.
4. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition. 

 

How do I initiate my return?

If the above conditions are met and you wish to return your Swished products please email our team at support@swished.co.uk with your name, order number, product photo and inform us of the reason why you would like to return your Swished products.


We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.


If your return item arrives to our warehouse and our inspection team note that it does not meet the above eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny your return or refund.

What happens once I send my Swished product back?


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

If your return is rejected, we will send your Swished product back to you, and we will invoice you for the associated delivery costs.

Can I exchange for a different item?

✔︎ Yes! We are confident that another product will catch your eye! Provided your product meets the return eligibility criteria, we would be happy to send you an alternative product.
